FAQ Parking Ticket Hearings A hearing or hearing by mail may be obtained upon the written request of the registered owner. To obtain a hearing the name, address, ticket number and date of the violation must be included with the request and sent to the Parking Clerk, Town Hall. Any person notified to appear before the Hearing Officer, may receive a review and disposition by mail by sending a signed written statement including all information regarding the violation prior to the date of hearing. A review and decision by the Parking Clerk shall be final and notification of disposition shall be made to the alleged violator according to CH. 204, Acts 1989.
