Gun Permits

License To Carry / FID application Check List

bullet FEE $100.00 - CASH only
              ( Persons 70 years of age and older are exempt also there is no fee required if you are only applying for FID renewal)
bulletCopy of Front and Back of Drivers License and Permit
bulletProof of Citizenship - Birth Certificate or Naturalization Papers and Passport
bulletNew Applicants - Must Have a Safety Course Certification , Mass Hunter Safety Course or Mass State
          Police Approved Safety Course for the Permit you are Applying for.

 

Safety Course is not required for the Restricted FID Mace Only cards there is a $25 dollar fee for first time applicants.
